Marnie is an outcast in her small town; her witchy ways are not fully accepted. You can see it in the way people look at her, the way they whisper when she passes by. Theyre suspicious, and scared. Its not easy for Marnie to be herself, to practice her craft, when she knows that the people around her will never truly understand it.

But she doesnt let it stop her. She continues to practice her magic, and she finds solace in a group of other like-minded witches. In this group, she is accepted, she is loved. Its the only place she can really be herself.
